1.  How can it save as claimed?

Ans.:- It will cut off all the Master & Slaves sockets powers automatically once the TV program is switching off, which is a wastage of electricity (money) actually.

2.  How much can I save? 

Ans.:- It depends on the number of peripherals inserted in its slave sockets. The more you insert, the more you can save. According to the measures, the standby powers for:- 1.) TV set will consume from 20mA to 80mA, or RM1.00 to 4.00 per month, 2.) VCD / DVD from 40mA to 65mA, or RM2.00 to RM3.25 per month, 3.) Astro from 50mA to 60mA, or RM2.50 to RM3.00 per month,  4.) AV system from 50mA to 100mA, or RM2.50 to RM5.00 per month. In short, it can save you from RM8.00 to RM15.00 per configuration per month.

3. The saving amount is not much, why should I save?

Ans.:- A little saving goes a long way, the longer you use, the more you can save. Eg. You can save up to RM120.00 in a year, or RM600.00 in 5 years, or .....…..! 

4. What other advantages?

Ans.:- Basically it is specially designed for TV system only. You are not encouraged, but of cause you can flexibly switching on their slave powers by push down the right-sided slave switches manually for your desired purposes, and switching them back (off) again anytime for the unique saving features. But please don’t use the heavy duty appliances (like heater) which will be overloaded and exceeds its stated maximum power!

9.  Any warranty?

Ans:- The company gives away 3 years warranty on electrical parts (copper contactors & plastic materials), and 2 years warranty on electronic components, but not including surge varistors and other components which must be replaced once they were zapped down by high current surges or lightning strikes (our company’s technician will give you a report & quotation on that), and shipping charges too.

10.  Can this device be used in both computer PC & TV systems?

Ans.:- No, but if you insist, you can only plug the PC & its peripherals in Slave Sockets, which are unable to enjoy its unique auto saving features. Only TV set is allowed to insert in the Master Socket, as it will only response to remote controls!  We have another model namely PCi-sockets which is specially designed for PC systems.
